Today I want to point you over to the wonderful travel website Heather on her Travels. Heather Cowper kindly invited me to write a guest post for her site, and my post topic is all about the South Tyrolean autumn Törgellen feast. It’s a meal that celebrates all things pork,  including blood sausage, something I wasn’t familiar with before I moved to Bolzano, but something I  unexpectedly discovered to be delicious.
